Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases and rentals of the Nail Printer, ink cartridges, and nail gels. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. For Purchases
1.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unopened products (printer, ink cartridge, nail gel) within 15 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects.

1.2 Warranty Policy

All purchased Sunwin Nail Printers are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper storage

  • Damage caused by third-party consumables

  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty service may include repair, part replacement, or product exchange, at Sunwin's discretion.

2. For Rentals
2.1 Security Deposit Policy

A refundable security deposit is required prior to rental. The deposit will be returned within 5–7 business days after the machine is returned and passes inspection.
However, if the equipment is found damaged, incomplete, or altered, We reserves the right to partially or fully withhold the deposit. All deductions will be communicated to the customer with supporting evidence.

2.2 Rental Refunds

Rental payments are non-refundable.
In the event of accidental damage, misuse, or operational failure caused by the customer during the rental period, the deposit will not be refunded.
If technical issues arise due to a manufacturing defect, We will offer support or replacement at no extra cost within the rental period.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the return window. Once approved, return instructions and shipping details will be provided.

4. Additional Notes
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

  • Returned products must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method
